Default How to combine three tenses ?

Teacher, suppose that I have this situation:

In the past, he supported the group. (1)
At present, he still supports the group. (2)
In the future, he will still support the group. (3)

So, can I say "He was and is and will be a stalwart supporter of the group" ? If not, is there another way to say it ? I want a sentence that includes the three ideas (1), (2), (3). So, please don't advice me to use such sentences like "He's a long time supporter" or "He's iron-clad supporter".

Thanks in advance.

It's fine, though I would say 'He was, is and always will be'

Default Three times ...

I really like your question; I think that it shows a further thinking.
I believe that you may say that he is the ultimate supporter of the team despite you don't feel like, cause that is what he is.

One can also say "he always was and always will be". The present is not needed there.
