Default Are causative followed by object and object complement

He let me drive the car
I had have mine hair cut .
I got him do my work
I made him paint my house.

Are all these sentence come under s-v-object-object complement.

Say:
I have had my hair cut.

First of all, I missed a couple the first time around.

I got him to do my work.
Say:
Are all of these sentences consistent with the subject-verb-object-object complement structure?
