Default Usage of Had been, have been, Is been

Hi,

Pl let me know, where we need to use 'Had been', 'have been', 'is been', with simple example pls.

I has been waiting here for half an hour .
Sorry I do konw how to use "is been". Are you sure it exists?

I think you've misheard 'is being': "The bus-stop is being re-painted."

(And did you spot Emily's deliberate mistake : "I has been waiting here for half an hour . ")
