can i say,"If you want to know which school is better for you to attend, you had better make a comparison among them"

or should i say, "If you want to know which school match you best, you had better make a comparison among them"

I think the first sentence is OK if you change "comparison among" to "comparison between." If more than two schools are being considered, you should change "better" to "the best."
