I don't like it anymore.
Can we just use anymore in negative sentences ?
Whats the anymore's positive response/reply/answer ?

It may be used also in interrogative sentences. You may also say I like it no more

Yea i know it too but i was not mean that.

i dont like it anymore / i like it from now on
"from now on" is correct in positive sentence ?

"From now on" is used with future time. It is easier with a different verb than "like".
I don't do that anymore. I do that now. I will do that from now on.
