    Well, will have is used (in the future progressive), and there are sentences in which you can use will has if will doesn't have to be a verb. Sorry, but I can't be more encouraging than that.

    I would say ‘no’, because we don’t use the present form with “will”. We use the bare infinitive form, and that is only “have”.
