| Can I write like this: "...She has flu, fever and headache."? Also, is it okay to start a sentence with "And" and "But" in my composition? Again, I am having difficulty when using does, can I write it for,"The man does.."? __________________________________________________ ______________ As such technological bottelnecks such as with the new 0/S or systems or software applications will requires investment in time and effort to learn the new commands. Ques: How come it is "requires" and not "require"? |

| "...She has flu, fever and headache."- this changes the meaning to suggest she has three problems, while the original suggests one problem with two symptoms. You can start a sentence with 'and', but it is not greatly liked in formal usage. Yes It's a mistake- it should be 'require'. |
