2) "Do your best as you can" or "Do the best you can"

3) "I look forward to see you" or "I am looking forward to see you".

2. Do your best.
3. I am looking forward to seeing you. (I look forward to seeing you) is also possible.

"seeing" after to ....

Don't be surprised. It's not the particle "to" . It's the preposition "to" after which in this expression we use gerund. So "I am looking forward to hearing from you soon"
