Same Way
Dear Teachers,
a. Now, don’t get me wrong I know he has my best interest in mind, and this would probably help me further down the road.
- Does “down the road” have a figurative meaning here?
b. I know how it is to have an old-fashion father, but my father is the same way, too.
- “my father is the same way” here means “ my father is old-fashion also”, right?
Thanks very much

One more thing: old-fashion should be old-fashioned.
