Question How can you narrow your topic to a single spoke or to a sub-header of a spoke on the

I am not sure what any of this means? Can somone please help me? I am doing a paper on rights in the workplace.

are you going through Axia College? I know that I am and I am doing the same assignment, only different topic and I had questions about single spokes and headers.
