What does the sentence mean?
"Your thingamabob is out of whack"
Somewhat depends on the context - "thingamabob" can be anything : car, temper, computer, whatever; "out of whack" means that it is not working properly.

I agree that thingamabob can refer to all sorts of things, but in my opinion, a thingamabob would normally refer to a physical thing or device and is unlikely to be used to refer to more abstract things (such as "temper").
