Electric poles/wires? Telegraph poles/wires? Telephone poles/wires?

Not, "How do you call them?" Peppy. We say, "What do you call them?" Or you can say, "How do you say these?"

But 'how' matched with 'call' has a different meaning. It means 'in what manner do you call something/someone'.

Example: "How do you call your dog?" " Oh, I use this whistle".

Electric poles/wires? This would work.

Telegraph poles/wires? No, this is dated. How do telegraps go nowadays anyway?

Telephone poles/wires? Could be.

Or Utility poles/wires? This is a catch all phrase that can be used for power/phone/cable/etc. What the particular poles/lines are in your pic I can't say for certain. I think I agree with Humble.

In AmE, those T-shaped poles on the left side of the photo are usually called "telephone poles," even if they're not supporting actual telephone cables. Those metal structures on the right side of the photo are referred to as "electrical towers" or "electrical pylons." When there are a long string of those towers in a row, we call that an "electrical corridor."
