| I'm trying to hone my letter writing skills as I often need to respond to customers queries by email. I would appreciate it, if you could look through an example I drafted below, and give me some pointers or feesback. Dear Mr. , Thank you for your email dated 3rd November 2006. As per your request, please find below a list of the 20 countries that you can make calls to, using the new access number: 1600 326 6523. However, please note that the rate of 10 c/min. is only applicable, on calls made from a mobile to a landline, in any of the 20 countries listed. Furthermore, this access number is available for use only on weekdays, i.e. from Monday to Friday, during both the peak and off peak periods. Please check with your mobile service provider the rates for dialling the access number. If we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to write to us. Yours sincerely, Benjamin |

| I would only make three changes: 1. no comma between applicable and on calls (line 5) 2. during both peak and off-peak (add hyphen, take out the) 3. dialled is chiefly British, dialed is American. Change accordingly |
