It seems to me that "exam commitments" is normally used by students, who use it to refer to the time they have to spend or the efforts they have to make to prepare for their coming exams. Am I right?

I'd say it is- maybe it's a BE thing, but we talk about being committed to an exam or a course, meaning fulfilling the requirements.![]()
