I am not sure if the following expression sound ok especailly the red parts. if you find any mistakes, could you correct them for me? Thanks in advance.

1.We are very much discouraged that you no longer need our serivce.(or services??)

2. Thank you very much for throwing the warm farewell party before.(or the other day, or a few days ago??)

3.I wonder how you are doing with the new web server.(does it make sense to you native speakers?)

4.
If you need some hlep hands in regard to the set-up of the new web server, plz contact me anytime.

5. I decided to accept your comments( can i say like this instead of saying I decided to take your advice?)

6.I'd like to thank you for preparing for a warm farewell party for me/us the other day.

7.Due to our comany-wied organizational change, I must say I'll be back to korea next month.

1.We are very disappointed that you no longer require our services.(normally, but if you only provide one service then service would be fine)
2. Thank you very much for throwing the warm farewell party the other day
3. How are you getting on with the new web server?
4. If you need a helping hand regarding the set-up of the new web server, please contact me anytime.
5. Thank you for your comments. I have decided to take your advice
6.I'd like to thank you for preparing the warm farewell party for me/us the other day.
7.Due to company-wide organizational changes, I regret to have to tell you that I'll be returning to Korea next month.
