Default I wish, I didn't love you so.

I wish, I didn't like you so. May you please tell me what this means.

Could it mean that the person still likes you but doesnt want to?

Yes. It means that the person likes you that much but wishes he/she didn't.

There should not be a comma after "wish". That comma separates the object from the verb.
