How do you count syllables in numbers written down
like this

Which are written exactly as above, my question is how do I treat these numbers, do I for example just figure out the syllables like this

Seven five six which would have three syllables or seven hundred and fifty six which I think would have six syllables, and so on for the other numbers detailed above.

Or is there another way in which you figure out the syllables contained in these numbers?

There is no standard rule. Just be clear. You are not talking about syllables; you are talking about words.
