    It's OK. How about 'defines' instead of 'describes the meaning' in the first sentence?

    i have another query:
    Is this correct?
    Change the "512" to a number larger than the value of SM_SIZE by at least 250.
    for example, the current number is 100 and the value of SM_SIZE is 50. the current number must be changed to 300 or larger.

    any suggestions

    There should not be a comma after "procedure". It is just separating elements of a compound direct object.

    Gramatically it is correct. However, I have no idea what you are talking about.

    Say:
    I have another query.
    For example....
    The current number must be changed....
