We ordered some empty boxes (cartons). We received the material but the glue is not good which they used to make the boxes. So, the sides/ends where they used the glue to fix it is coming out. What to write to complain against this diffect. Just let me know a line or two to explain the problem. Regards, Sweetie_Sneha

Tell them that the adhesive they sent is not strong enough, that the box flaps won't stay glued down.

If I understand the problem correctly, the boxes were received with the flaps already glued, but that the glue hasn't held. If that's the case, then tell the supplier that the boxes are faulty because the glue used in assembling them was too weak to hold them together. Regards
