What would you call a guy who has been or is being cheated on by his partner? Is there a slang or something for that? Here in Brazil, we say for example, that the guy is a corno, which means horn, as in a bull has horns...

You could use cuckold, but I doubt that that word is used much nowadays.

You're welcome . But take note of what RonBee said: the word isn't very widely used nowadays (in fact, I'd guess quite a few native speakers wouldn't recognize it at all - or maybe they might associate it with literature lessons they had at school: there are lots of cuckolds in Shakespeare).
