Also, 'a ratio' is OK? 'The ratio' is better?

I would be inclined to say at a ratio of. However, in a ratio of is, apparently, used more often. From a Google search:at a ratio of--- 107,000,000
in a ratio of--- 162,000,000Apparently, I have a lot of company. So I don't feel so bad being in the minority.![]()
I would say you could use either one. Either is correct.
