could you please proofread the highlighted text:

1) Falsification of company documents with an intention to make profit in money or in kind or with an express intention of misrepresentation.
2) Failure to observe the currently valid corporate principles of equality of all employees.
3) Failure to record the time of arrival at/leaving the workplace immediately before/after commencing/finishing work
4) Failure of the employee to observe the times for breaks.

1, 2 and 4 look fine.

However, I would rephrase 3 as Failure to record the time of arrival at or the time of departure from the workplace.
