    Default which expression to use?

    Hi,

could you please tell me which expression is better if we refer to an intentional act:

    1) abuse of the terms of the contract
    2) misuse of the terms of the contract
    3) misapplication of the terms of the contract

    Thank you very much.

You'd be more likely to see 'contravention of the terms of the contract'. Or breach.
