Default commas

Hi,

I am sorry to bother you with commas again , but could you please check them in the following sentence:

The employee’s manager will explain the reasons for the steps taken in this phase to the employee at the meeting in the presence of a personnel department representative, who will provide relevant advice concerning application of the procedure, and take the minutes of the meeting in duplicate.

Thank you so much.

Hanka

Hi, Hanka. Your sentence is too long, you need to use shorter sentences as well as commas:
The employee's manager will explain to the employee the reasons for the steps to be taken in this phase. This meeting will be held in the presence of a representative from the personnel department, who will provide advice regarding the application of the procedure and record, in duplicate, minutes of the meeting.
