Apparently, you mean:
What are black and blue sports?
That would refer to sports in which there is a high risk of injury or, at least, bumps and bruises. Football is one possibility.

Perhaps you're thinking of black and blue spots, which are bruises on a person caused by bumping into something or being struck by something.
