I suppose you could say that flirting (in the first sentence) is a gerund. However, meeting (in the second sentence) is a noun, and winning (in the third sentence) is an adjective. I have found no present participles in your sentences. However, see below. - Sheila is enjoying flirting with Sam.
Sharon is swimming in the pool.
In the above sentences, flirting and swimming are present participles.
