things to consider getting a pet

I am not sure how to express the things to consider before getting a pet. If you have any suggestions, please help me.

1. You have to consider if your place fit your pet.( i mean size of the aprtment )

2. you have to consider if anyone in your house hold might not want a pet because he/she is allergic to hair .

3. you have to consider if you have the money for the pet, such as food, preventive injects, medical care.

4. you have to consider if you are willing to do bear the mess house or dirty work. for example, you have to put away dog's poohs or urine.

2. if anyone in the house may be allergic to or afraid of the pet.
3. if you can afford food, grooming, supplies, and medical care for the pet
4. if you are willing to housebreak, train, and clean up after the pet.
