Default comma

Hi,

could you please tell me whether a comma should be used in the following sentence before "commencing":

The employee will be given notice according to Section xx, paragraph xx, letter xx with a two-month notice period commencing on the first day of the calendar month following delivery of the notice to the employee.

Thank you very much.

Hanka

Default Re: comma

Since "commencing" presumably relates to the two-month period, then no comma is needed.
