Smile comparatives

This house is much more expensive than that one. Can we say "a lot" more expensive?
2- Is "less more expensive" correct?
3- After "more" if the noun is countable is it plural?
4- When I say the above sentence and I want to bring a verb like "buy" after that one how does the verb come with to without to...?
