Default We were ....Is that wrong?

What is gramatically wrong here( given sentense below)?
Attached image files are the survey forms received from licensees (with renewal notice) which we were processed and posted yesterday.
Could you please verify these images with uploaded survey data?

You need to cut out one of the words in red.

Or (option 2):

Attached image files are the survey forms received from licensees (with renewal notice) which we were processed and posted yesterday.

You might also want to put "the" at the beginning:

The attached image files are the survey forms received from licensees (with renewal notice) which were processed and posted yesterday.
