what is alternative class? I found this sentence
..his behaviour landed him in alternative class. here what is alternative class?

Teacher Re: what is alternative class? There are several types of "alternative" schools and classes. Since in this case his behavior landed him there, it sounds like it's an alternative school for hard-to-manage, aggressive, and/or disruptive kids.
