Hello there, what are the differences between blocked User and User blocked? could someone explain to me, thank?

User blocked describes the state of being a blocked user

IMO, blocked user is adjective + noun, and "user blocked" is shorthand for "user is/was blocked".

I would use 'user blocked' on a screen to inform someone trying to log on that they couldn't. The list showing all those users, I would title 'blocked users'.
