This is gottipati, before iam working on this issue. Here iam giving brief description about the issue.
A new Action / Process case number 0874, has been logged. Here Issue Manager that he is unable manually to accept this case as well Also, I am unable to find "XXXXX" in Issue Managers list in the Front-end, but in the Back-end xxxx has been added as a Issue manager in PCS user table.
It seems that there is a Bug in the PCS " Action" because we are unable to accept any case as Issue Manager. I tried setting myself up with Issue Manager Permissions and was not able to accept any case.
