Your first two are fine. A person cannot be "time restrictive".

'Pressed for time.' He couldn't stay to the end of the meeting as he was pressed for time.

It is great to learn idioms, but don't be confused. NES speak with normal expressions as well. The idiom "pressed for time" is great, but it is not superior or more natural than "I don't have enough time".
