    which is right? "there are only a few things i found wrong or there's only a few things i found wrong...confusing for me..thanks!

    There are is correct, because a few is plural.

    On the other hand, there is is considered to be an idiomatic form nowadays so it is often used with plural in spoken English.

    I agree with Humble. That construction requires a plural verb. Many people use "there's" in that construction, but it is not grammatically correct.
