Talking Reflective Teaching

Hi, was just wondering from all the teachers out there what your views were on Reflective Teaching

The basic idea seems blindingly obvious to me- all professionals in all areas should reflect on what they do and try to improve their performance. We should all look at what works well, try to improve it, see if it could apply to other areas, etc, and look at what hasn't worked, looked for new things.
