I am ill (sick). What are the comparative and superlative form of ill?

We don't use "ill" in degrees. You can use "sick" like "big, long, small, etc" i.e sicker than, the sickest. But I think there is no need for it. Just " feel better or feel worse".

Usually, the comparative and superlative of "ill" are "worse" and "worst".

That said, there is no reason one cannot use "more ill". "Most ill" would be very uncommon.
