Super Vs. Superb

When I heard Something Super or Superb, always I'm confusing. Is there any difference between them? Can they exchange in many case? I mean, Can I say Superb Man?

'Superb' refers to excellence (the best) wheras 'super' refers to something above normal, like size or effort, but not necessarily something excellent.

So super man is not by definition a superb man...

As an adjective, "super" can have the same meaning as "superb" -- excellent.

Super is only used informally; superb can be formal or informal.
