I think you can...find a chatroom that you are interested in and go in and read and whenever possible try out your language. AOL is free now so you should be able to go into chatrooms in your country.

Also, keep in mind that Wikipedia is available in many many languages; so, if you search for a certain concept in your native language on the left side you might find the same article in your language.
