Even sports power ESPN expects to unveil hip mobile phone offerings.
...
AT&T will unveil a similar service this year.

Does "unveil" in the two sentences above mean "provide"? There is no such meaning in the dictionaries.

Unveil here means to reveal a new service or product which has been kept secret.

'Ford unveiled there new supermini at the Paris Motor Show'.
