Default letter of negotiation

how to write a formal letter to a 3rd party design company informing them of a change in the terms of design agreed upon previously, would also like to negotiate to keep the costs almost at the same.

thank you, would appreciate a response ASAP

If it's a formal letter you are going to have to use capitalization and punctuation.
