Which of the three sentences sound OK in English, if any:

1. The whole exercise appears on the screen with the boxes filled in with the correct answers.
2. The whole exercise appears on the screen with the boxes correctly filled in.
3. The whole exercise appears on the screen with the boxes filled in correctly.

All are correct and sound OK. #2 is perhaps the clearest and most direct.
