I would take it to mean that Vonage is a "holding company", i.e. a company formed for the purpose of owning or controlling other companies.

In this case, "Holdings" refers to all companies that they own; that is, Vonage Holdings is the parent company, and Vonage America, Vonage Canada, Vonage Marketing etc, are all subsidiary companies.
