Default future perfect tense

I am very sorry but I must accept that I am not a creative teacher:((((
How can I be creative while teaching??for example,I am teaching future perfect tense but I couldn't find any dialogues or paragraphs related future perfect tense.our course book is not sufficient:(((
What can I do???all I can find is exercises related future perfect.but I think I must find something different,creative,interesting,attractive....
The problem I have is not only future perfect tense...

__ Are you still reading the book I gave you?
__ Yes, I have so little time for reading. Do you need it?
__ I'd like to have it back as I've promised to give it to Jane.
___ O.K I will have finished it by next Saturday. I'll give it to Jane on Sunday
if you don't mind.
___ That will be fine. I think she will have finished the book she is reading by
then.
