AliJaffar is on a distinguished road
Default attended to his daily work

If somebody asked me: "Have Ali attended the work today? ", I want to reply "Yes, Ali has attended". Is it correct to say, "Yes, he is on"? Is there a better reply and brief expression that means yes he attended to his work?
