Can't this sentence be used in two different ways?
1-meaning: "I don't like his wearing that suit." The fact that he wears it.
2-meaning: "I don' t find him attractive in that suit."

It could mean the second, but there would be better ways to phrase that. It most likely means the first.Quote:
