Can't this sentence be used in two different ways?
1-meaning: "I don't like his wearing that suit." The fact that he wears it.
2-meaning: "I don' t find him attractive in that suit."

It could mean the second, but there would be better ways to phrase that. It most likely means the first.

(For the second meaning it would probably be better to say: "I don't like the way he looks in that suit.")
