Smile Doubt about the use of Will

I wrote a sentence : Dialogue will fill all the blanks and gaps in the story. I wanted to express certainty when I used will in this sentence. Did I expressed right ?

Thanks!

Hello Dinha

Yes, that seems like a good use of "will" to me: it expresses predictive certainty.

Curiously, though, it might be more usual here to use a passive construction, e.g.

"The gaps in the story will be filled by dialogue."

All the best,

MrP
