Default how to talk about ones faults and the makeup?

Imagine . I have a friend. I took part in a make up competition and the friend was my model. Now I want say that "I wonder how is doing my friend (whom I gave makeup???) in a competition. Help! I seem to have a great trouble with "make up" in general. Can Isay "Can I do your make up?" "Can I make up you?" The other thing. If I want to say that I have a great moral fault I say "My vice is..." but what about forgetting names? Can we call it shortcoming? I would say "I have this thing: I forget names" but what about "I have a fault: I forget names "? It sounds a little artificial to me. And what about "I have a flaw: I forget names"?. Help! Thanks for your patience!

I wonder how y friend is doing.
Can I do your make-up?
Can I make you up?
Forgetting names is not a vice. It could be a shortcoming, but I would just say that I have a problem remembering names.

(Typo fix.)

A good figure of speech you can use in this sort of case is 'I've got a memory like a sieve' [pronounced /sıv/]. Informally, you can drop the subject/verb, roll your eyes, and say 'Memory like a sieve'

Hi ! So the sentence: "I wonder how is doing my friend whom I made up for a competition" is ok? I would think that someone was talking about imaginary friend. :)

The word order is wrong:
I wonder how my friend whom I made up for a competition is doing.
It's not a direct question.
