Red face greedy,fooling around,appearance,date,appointment

What are the vocabularies for the following meanings? (not the kind of insulting or degrading one)
  • greedy in eating (adult and children, if applicable)
  • fond of playing or fooling around (adult and children, if applicable)
  • describe one who always cares about his/her appearance, and spends long time to fix the hair, pick the clothing, match all accessories... even just for shopping (male or female at all ages, if applicable)
  • an unimportant appointment (Shall I say casual appointment)
What the difference between date and appointment?

Thanks.

Hi,
Greedy in eating is 'gluttonous'. The noun is gluttony.
Fond of fooling around or playing is a difficult one. It can mean many different things. It really depends on what context or situation you mean. Fooling around has sexual conotations. We have a word 'cavalier', which means not taking things too seriously. If fond of playing for a child you could use 'playful'.
One who cares about his/her appearance is said to be 'vain'. The noun is vanity.
A date is when you meet someone for a romantic evening. An appointment is more to do with business or non-personal matters. It could also be for a visit to the dentist or hairdressers.
